    i've tried 5 times now.
    every time it gets halfway through downloading, it just sets to a hard reboot.

    ideas?

    You could try deleting the app off your phone then installing.

    it's a wash.

    upon restarting after the last time i tried installing it, i got the dreaded 507 error - "reload software".

    i think the hard drive crashed.

    getting a new phone.
