You mean like go into my system files and delete the folder?

Will that get it off of my add/remove programs list?

I want it completely gone I don't want any remnants.

Yeah just go in and completely remove all files pertaining to the app. An organized HD comes in handy in these situations. Also when you think you got it all search for some more.

Alt control delete, kill the RIM process in the Windows task manager, then ininstall. Google "Ccleaner" (free download) to fix the registry shortcuts and delete the temp files left behind.
