    from today i cannot get emails to my handheld but they are still going to my O2 web page.

    I think i changed my PIN as there were a few problems with my blackberry and when i went in to email settings it said my device has a different PIN and do i want to update. i did this and since then nothing.

    all i get on both my o2 web page and my actual outlook are a load of messages from [email protected],blackberry.net but the messages now dont get sent and i dont receive either.

    on the o2 web page i try and reset the PIN and IMEI to what is on the handheld but it says they already have an account. I dont know what the old PIN and IMEI were so now i have nothing that works.

    i also tried to send a service book from the o2 webpage but that didnt work

    is there anything else i could try?

    Best thing would be to call O2 and have them make sure that the new pin you have is attached to your account and email, then ask them to resend the service books.
