    My IT department recently upgraded the service to include use of Blackberry as a modem. That works fine...the problem is each time I connect to the computer, it somehow wipes out my settings on the phone once I unplug. I can no longer send or receive email. I'm on an Enterprise Server so each time this occurs, my IT folks have to reset my password.

    Sprint had me erase the "Service Books" on the phone and then gave me a new one but that did not work.
