i cant see my device info here on the site except for crackberry user was it disabled for some reason and if it was could someone tel me why?

It's a feature of the page generation, sometimes is gets the full profile, others it doesn't and you only see the Members Description. Usually, a page refresh will display the correct device/carrier information.
