Hello Everybody,

Yesterday i tried to upgrade my Bold 9700 to software 6, while it is upgrading it, the upgrade process freeze and i had to hard reset my phone and took the battery out then i tried to connect again and re-upgrade.
The upgrading process successfully finished but unfortunately i lost everything on the phone with all application (the phone was back to factory settings) i restored the backup and started to work again but i surprised that application list is empty and even the games folder nothing exists, every time i try to add any new application through the software (*.alx) an error message appears telling that the application already exist or like that.
I need to add another input language but i can't, this really kills me.
Can you please help?

How did you get the apps, thru App World, or thru the CB/Mobihand store? Either way, they can be downloaded again, itr's a pain in the neck, BUT it should work. App World and/or the CB/Mobihand store will also have a full record of your registration numbers.


Are you sure you got the multi language version of the OS you loaded?
