    I can't lock my phone as when I try to hold the power button and then it doesn't show that lock option. it was fine before as last night I wiped my phone started fresh. Now that lock option is gone. I've included a screenshot

    Usually this message comes up when you hold the top button too long. You can't touch the top button at all?

    Actually there's a also a lock button between cancel and restart but my phone doesn't have it anymore, try holding the power button on your phone and you also see 'lock' with cancel and restart
