I was helping a user with sync problems this morning. we had backed up his bberry yesterday to have a copy of all his contacts. we wiped his phone and restored the backup to fis his freezing up problem. this mornign when he did his sync it only kept the 5 new contacts and deleted everything else. when i look in the back and restore it shows all 800 contacts and the blackberry shows all 800 contacts but it will not sync the original contacts back to outlook?
I guess what im saying is i cant restore the backed up contacts??
