Hello,
Trying to download ringtones, but every time I try to open the file, i get an error message saying file is too large. I have an 8GB card in a new Bold 9650, so I imagine I must have space somewhere.

Well if it downloads them then there is room for them on the card. How big are the files you're downloading? Sounds odd that it can't open ringtone files unless someone made them sadistically large though...

less than 2KB. I get an HTTP Error 413. Request entity too large....

I can open up youtube videos. that's about it. Thanks so much for your help.

Try downloading them to your computer and then copying them to the Media Card in the device.

Thanks, it worked! It would be easier to do it directly from the device, so any insight on that?

Nope. Other people have reported having this issue in the past. I don't remember anyone having a good solution. It's probably faster via a computer, anyway.
