Ive got windows 7 on my dell studio xps 1340, it came with vista and i upgraded, my bb connects to the bluetooth on my laptop but only half works, it cant find the drivers i have looked everywhere for them, i have dm installed v5.0.1, ive got a bold 9000, help please.
You can try using the Del vista drivers for it. The BlackBerry platform only uses the Microsoft Bluetooth stack. You will always get an error about there being two Bluetooth devices requiring drivers. This is normal. Just disable them and you will be fine.

The 2 devices are actually virtual COM ports that the bb uses/emulates. Those drivers actually come with the bb desktop manager, you can install them by manually Choosing the driver to install option and look for them under RIM, and virtual COM drivers...once you install them, they work flawlessly
