Cant delete?
So.. My bbery at first wasn't storing any of my calls in the call log. So I googled my issue and it suggested it was a memory issue. Although my memory looked alright, I deleted applications that I didn't use.
My Bberry moved faster, but the call log now only kept missed phone calls.
So now if I tried to delete anything from my call log I'd either get an unexpected error message or it wud show me that "loading" icon in the middle of the screen.
What shud I do? I've done a battery pull, and that did nothing. I'd like my phone to function normally again. THANKS.

Which applications did you delete?
-
in your phone icon hit menu>options>general, is phone list view set to call log?
-
Its set to call log. I got rid of stuff like a game app, I e radio, stuff that originally didn't come with my phone.

you can view your entire call log by going to messages/email hit menu>view folder>call log. that doesnt help your situation, but its useful and it will put your thread back up top;)
-
That's more work tha| I ever had to do. I'm use to pressing the green button and seeing everyones calls. I changed nuthing for it to be acting this way.

Quick question, Kay. I know you did a battery pull, but was it a physical battery pull or did you use QuickPull? Doesn't seem like deleting a few apps would lead to this kind of problem. :(
-
I did a physical battery pull. And quickpull was one of the apps I deleted.

from your main menu push call button one time ..you will be in the place you write phone number after push menu key and find options ...then general options check the phone list view first and it should be call log ....this was the first part could cause problem and then other part is about how long keeping your call logs which on my bold doesnt have but if you have a previous model than mine it should be at the buttom of the same menu...make it always ...not 1 week or 1 month ......try it let me know it worked or not
