BB 9650 cant add contact, freezes when I try. Was Verizon phone, unlocked for T-Mobile use. Previous owner had email set up and linked to contacts, deleyed their email account from device but it still shows as the phonebook being used. I'm guessing that has something to do with this. If so, how do I delete her old phonebook and start my own, because it doesn't give me that option in options.
