    Does anyone know what causes my system to shut down and what I can do fix it?

    I used to be able to sync with my Lotus Notes on my laptop until I upgraded the Desktop Manager to 7.0. Since then it doesn't finish synching and then shuts down my Lotus Notes and Desktop Manager.

    Try downgrading to the older DM.
