I just bought a storm from ebay, and i want to put it on tmobile. I was doing the setup wizard, and in email setup, the only option it gives me is:
I want to use a work email account with a Blackberry Enterprise Server.
I'm not connected to a BES.. this is my personal phone. What do i do to fix it?
That means that you do not have the BLACKBERRY DATA PLAN correctly set up. Call your carrier and have them set up the correct data plan in order to get email.
The setup i have for my bb curve wont work? I have unlimited data from T-mobile, and everything worked fine with my 8320..
They call it Blackberry Unlimited Add-on.. and ive got that..
