I have always been able to export my contacts and memo files to .csv to back them up. I originally set this up in desktop manager 6, but now have upgraded to 7. Yesterday I received a replacement 9650 and had to re-setup desktop manager synchronization for this new phone. Now I cannot find how to setup exporting my contacts to .csv?? Additionally, I tried to setup syncing "memos" and I get this error message "The organizer applications on you computer aren't supported" when I click on memos under the organizer function...
I'm running Win7 64bit and have never had an issue before? Any idea's? Thanks.
