I went to the Sprint Picture Mail site on my BlackBerry web browser but it told me I needed to enable Java Script, I enabled but then was told to enable cookies.

Can anyone help me.

I checked everywhere and never saw where to enable cookies. I even restored defaults.

Do you have a data plan? If you do you shouldn't even have to deal with sprint pic mail. If not, try reloading your OS. Directions are in the 101 lectures that can be found by hovering over "help" on any crackberry.com page. Its near the top right.

Also, in the browser, go to options and make sure every box is checked.
