Can we make a sticky listing apps that work over wifi alone with no data plan?

I haven't found much info on apps that will work over wifi without a data plan. If anyone can list some that do, please post and maybe we can make this a sticky for future reference.

I am sure the introduction of the WiFi enabled models will raise a lot of questions on how to do something, without BIS or even a voice plan.

Of course, this creates new opportunities for the Java developers. :D

For a start, IM+ apps, including Skype, appear to require something other then a WiFi connection.
