It gets really frustrating at times when the little things you expect to work on your so called "Smartphone" fails you up. People have complained about missing album art of which even brought about an app called cover grabber. I somehow fixed some of the covers and they were ok till I uploaded a new album and now the old ones don't even work. It's not that I don't like blackberry or anything but minor issues that's never a bother to the competition (ios n android) is what's killing blackberry little by little. How is it even possible to lose an album art that was just on the phone. They really need to step their game up. Even new software updates take forever to pop up. I suggest you keep us from those news that just stirs up anticipation, only to be left hanging. Just let us know when it's all ready for everyone. An update even came for the maps and it now doesn't even open. Why. Oh! Sincerely, aggrieved BlackBerry user.
