Can I delete the thumbs124x124.dat and thumbs640x640.dat files? They're taking up over 3GB on both my phone and memory card. I know it's holding all the thumbnails of every picture I've ever taken since I've had this phone. Is it ok to delete the .dat files?

I would say yes, but to test this, delete one that you can identify with a specific
picture. If you can still open the picture then I'd say delete away.

You can delete all of those files, but they will be recreated next time you preview your pics/media.
