    Doesn't even have to be a company issued phone.... you add just a company email account and they might be able to locate you.

    Just go to work,do your job and become a productive member of society. And... if you don't want to be tracked when not at work, turn the BlackBerry off and leave it at home.

    If your job requirements is to carry it all times and don't like it.. quit.

    BlackBerrys on BES have the phone's location logged irrespective of whether or not Protect is enabled (on legacy BBOS you couldn't be on BES and enable Protect).

    It's not straight forward for the company to turn that information in to a position on a map, it has to be done the hard way, but it's possible and some do.
