Interesting idea. If BlackBerry can manage to use BB10 super phones as controls or HUBS that run BB10 QNX desktop and other portable machines.

Search enterprising minds on YouTube. They have hologram displays and facial recognition screens. Would be cool if they released the tech from R and D.

I like the idea. Maybe others will to. Microsoft. Samsung. Lenovo. Apple. The first three running something MS dishes out and the last their own proprietary offering. Blackberry better hurry up. Talk is cheap and plentiful.

You should change windows XP to awesome as well. Arguably it is one of the best operating systems of all time depending on your tastes.

I wouldn't argue with that. It needed a few fixes though.

That's without a doubt. Every OS needs to be fixed including XP but it was an amazing OS. So many people around the world still use it and for the most part it functions well.

Might not be an awesome OS now but to me for its time was even better than 7.

Didn't mean to carry on so much. Just miss my old XP.

It'll depend on the form factor if Win8 is crap. But on Touch screen laptops and Hybrid devices they're actually super good. E.g Samsung Ativ Q/ Samsung Ativ Book 9 Plus. they're really good. MacBook Pro/Air killer. you shouldn't judge on a product that you haven't used before. Anyway even if BB made a PC. they'll be crushed instantly. because they would need programs and apps. also because they are on the brick of extinction without help

BlackBerry should just stick with phones and tablets (if they decide to continue making tablets). Making computers would just be too much at the moment especially since they aren't that big of a company

Edit: Ubuntu is doing a good job with this idea, but the way bb10 is I wouldn't like it for a desktop OS

    Any ideas, fellow Crackberryheads?
BlackBerry already tried with the Playbook, and they failed horribly. They need to stick with cellphones.

I would definitely buy a BlackBerry laptop that would be awesome. So many possibilities with BlackBerry 10 this definitely is one of them. But i doubt BlackBerry will make one.
