All of a sudden, my camera on my 8300 has stopped working, when i take a pictiure, the screen goes white and the picture dosent come out
tried reloading upgraded software 3 times but still no luck, funny enough the video works perfect.
what can i try???
Have you done a backup prior to your white screen problem? I would try a backup from then. If not I would take it to tech support at your carrier. (I'm on my phone, and can't see who your carrier is.)
