What do you mean not opening? Is it completely black?
Did you happen to drop it, shake it, etc?
I can tell you the camera works fine with the OS. Did you do an OTA update? If so, backup, and use an autoloader to wipe the device
Then test whether it works. If it does, restore back, and check again.
IF it doesn't work after the restore, it means your settings are corrupted, and you can only restore the media portion of your backup, not the settings and/or application data
