I have recently purchased BBZ10, After the OS update OTA, Camera and Video is not working, Can anyone guide me to fix this problem??

Have you tried a battery pull?

Maybe power it off. Remove the Sim and SD cards and power it back on with them removed.
I think that 'conflicts' existing on the SD Card (ie: written by the previous OS) can cause problems sometimes.

CB10 on Z10

This happened to my mom's Q10 for some reason.

What I did to get it to stop was save all her contacts from Device to Sim (that's all she had on their of importance anyways, just phone numbers), then I did a Security Wipe and a Reload of the operating system.

When the phone turned on to the Welcome screen, it was like brand new again, the camera worked, and I moved the Contacts from Sim to Device.

This worked, but I don't know if you have a lot of other stuff saved on your phone (you probably do), so this could be a last resort.
