Hi All,

Hopefully this is a straight forward query, but I can't seem to find anything in the user guide.

I've recently got a Pearl, but any incoming calls only last for 3 rings before they go to answer phone & I'm missing calls all over the place.

Has anybody got any idea how I can increase the amount of time before calls get forwarded please?

Call your carrier, and ask them to change the timeout settings for diversion to voicemail...

ou can also cancel all diverts and reset. Try also making sure your call waiting is activated and as Nav said, speak to your operator and make sure you have set to maximum ringing before going to voicemail...
