Call volume issue 9780?

Hello, me again lol

Since getting this 9780, I've noticed the call volume is quite low, I do wear hearing aids, I have it on hearing aid mode, I do however like to be able to use the phone without my hearing aid in should I need to, i.e. the hearing aid may not be working or something.

I have it set at 100% volume and hearing aid mode is on.
Is there anything else i can do?
