    Bye, everyone! I give up. After semi-bricking my phone after installing an update to the Android Runtime last week--I lost all Android functionality--I decided I've had enough. It's time to jump off this sinking ship and board the USS "Android." I can no longer wait for the "Vienna" phone to be released by T-Mobile. Somehow I'll get used to a phone w/o a physical keyboard. (I guess.)

    It's been a great 7- or 8-year run. Thank you, BlackBerry. You were great in many ways. You just got beat out by 2 other more popular OSes. That's capitalism.

    I know this has been said many times before, but I don't understand why people continue to feel the need to announce their departure from this site. I can only assume it gives the departee some feeling of saving face or even superiority over the rest of us. So glad we can be here for them so that they can feel better about themselves. Next time I see a similar thread I am going to try to refrain from even clicking on it.
