I've had 7250 for a while now, but I'm going to be getting either a Curve or a Pearl today with Verizon's 2 for 1 deal.
At any rate, I know I need to get a memory card for it. The 8 gig Sandisk ones the store sells are either $60 or $70. On a quick search on this site, I found several cards for cheaper, even a 16 gig one for cheaper.
My question is, does the brand/type really make a big difference? What's your experience with yours? Can any memory card work for either of these phones?

I have a 8GB Sandisk. I have never heard of anyone having a problem with off brands but I have read where other people on this forum don't recommend going with an off brand. I have 2 movies and about 100 songs on my memory card and I am happy. I have a Curve so I know the memory card works- I do not know about the 7250. Good luck.
I have used Kingston or sandisk...they both work well and are reliable... never used anything after market outside of that. Prob. better to buy a good one that way they will last, ive seen quiet a few of those brick in my buisness and thats never good when you have 5000 pics (and alot of ppl dont back up there cards)
I've been thinking about this lately because I wasn't able to fit my old memory card from my sony erricson into my new berry, so how do I make sure I get the right card, aside from taking the current card out or asking a sales assistant who might not have a clue?
