It is what it sounds like.
My BB Bold has some hardware thingy.When connected to PC/Laptop,it gets charged but remains undetected!
Moreover I am stuck with OS4.6
Now here's the problem,I wanna update my OS,but my provider states that no updates are available (Over-The-Air)
Smartly, CAN we mount the new OS file (110 Mb) to the Memory card and run it from the phone itself?

Doubtful... Try a different usb cable, and/or a different usb port on your PC

Undetected by the desktop manager or by the operating system as a mass storage device?
