Hello ladies and gentelmen,

She doesn't... unless she had them backed up in Outlook or an .ipd file through DesktopManager!
(I wish I was your girlfriend... free berry after free berry! damn!)
say what?
"dropped blackberry" and "shattered" just doesn't compute for me. how far did this thing drop?
so there is no way to recover those emails? doesn't blackberry emails load through the BIS? There is no online BIS account that she could loggin to see old emails?
wow she must have dropped it from a building to shatter it. i would cry if I broke my BB
Its sad when you lose data, if the handset does not power up I'm afraid there's nothing you can do with it man. :(

im pretty sure i dropped mine 2 stories and only the trackball fell out... so that must have been one he77 of a fall
The only way this would work is if she has set the server to keep a copy of messages for a certain number of days. If she had it set to delete off the server each time she downloads email, you won't have copies anywhere.
If she was using Blackberry Desktop Manager, she should have a backup of her BB on there. Just choose "restore" and she will be good to go.:)
Spoken from a true addict....
I am guessing he meant the screen shattered?! But I was thinking the same as U, that BB would have to fall quite a distance for it to totally shatter!
Shattered screen doesn't really compute either.
I'd still like to know what kind of drop killed this berry.
