It's not exactly accurate. Because of the date I signed my contract, my Sprint ETF is $200 and stays $200 for the life of the contract. I am a little more halfway through my contract.

Yes, I am included in the Sprint class action lawsuit. However, that's doesn't change my EFT terms. It's still $200 for 2 years since I have an older contract date.

The lawsuit, if any, will give me a Sprint credit of $35 per line for future purchase. That's still pending.
