Good Afternoon Gentlmen, Here is my question.. I have a Sprint blackberry 8830 that I purchased and used with out any issues in USA. I have given this phone to a Loved one in Brazil (not Rio or Sao Paulo area). The local Tech Gus in Bahia Brazil seem to have a very difficult time with unlocking this Blackberry for use on the "OI'' or "TIM" carriers inthat area. Any ideas of any way i can help from the USA side so that that phone can work in that area??..... thanks in advance for any and all help
