Good stuff. Wouldn't like to put my files there unencrypted. But even just the file names can be giving away too much info.

How can that be solved? Zipping whole folders?

The screenshots show the back bar, which means its an Android port. Reviews confirm. But in the future, as the OP, feel free to post the url to the App in BlackBerry World so its clear which app being discussed and a quick way to access it.

True, it's clearly an Android port

It'd be helpful if you could add the link to your OP, OP

Apps in BBW come in two types :

Native - built around the BlackBerry UI

Android Port - built to run as an android app on a BlackBerry

BlackBerry supports andorid apps so if the developer can't be bothered to rewrite his android app for Play store, he can just resubmit the same android app to BBW as a bar..

    is that clearer?

I understand that but how do I know the difference when I look at it.

    1) it retains its android look and feel (UI)

    2) the bottom bar is active in all the sample pictures, this is unlikely if not unknown on a native app

The bigger difference is more in how they run, in my xp, ports are laggy there's a delay in the app starting and in general responsiveness (although there are reports this is going to improve with the next major bb10 OS update)

AFAIK, that's available (file name encryption) in paying versions.
