    Hi guys

    My curve just arrived. When I went into the email settings and said "New User" it said that my pin already has an account in use.

    What gives? I got it on eBay. Does this mean the moron who sold it to me is locked to my phone and now I can't use email?

    HELP PLEASE FAST!

    Call Verizon, they will release the pin and then you will be able to use it. I had the same problem.

    dial 611 from your phone, just tell them you need your phones pin released, oh and dont call your the phone, call from a land line or another cell
    so the customer service number would be (800) 922-0204
