hi.. i dont know why i cant access the internet, but my bb already connected with my home wifi, i tried to pull battery but it still not working, also my data service is on, does anyone can solve my problem? thanks..

Most simple solution, besides the battery pull, is to pull the power to your wireless router: unplug it for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and wait for it to boot up.

Has it ever connected... or is this a new situation???

thanks.. but my wifi its ok, im i can access internet from my laptop, but on bb i cant, maybe tomorrow i should go to t mobile store
