    I have a problem using WI-FI.

    I like using WIFI and it seems that you can only use WIFI if the DATA PLAN is ON. I always turn it off cause i feel like they are charging me. I was wondering if I turn it on, are they charging me? cause right now I don't have a data plan. Thanks

    Go to options, mobile network, connection preference and change it to "wifi only". That should allow you to browse with wifi.

    In the browser, make sure you have it on hotspot browser. Hope that helps.
