I'm at a soccer game currently, and I'm sitting a few seats down from a woman with a bold 9000, and she turned her phone on the side for a second and she has a silver plate over her camera, and it has the blackberry symbol on it.. I'm curious how she got her bold like that..does she work for rim? Or were they like specially ordered with a plate over the camera? It doesn't look aftermarket.. And her bold looks brand new the trackball is perfectly white and her screen looks unscratched. I just wanna ask how she got it like that lol, has anyone else seen this before?

It's likely a company issued blackberry without the camera included. I have seen the 9700 without one also at a bus stop operated by somebody in security.

No, it has no camera at all. There are jobs that require the non-camera version specifically to prevent
any possibility of corporate espionage. Disabling a camera is unacceptable, covering it up, either. The device must not have a camera at all and is certified as such.
