My wife let her battery drain on her Storm 9530 v4.7.0.113 and after charging I can no longer turn Bluetooth on. I go to manage connections press press the box in front of Bluetooth and it will enter a check mark momentarily and change the red X to a dash,then it will clear out the box and and change the - back to a red X.
She often lets the battery die before charging and it was working fine before.
Do you click it more than once? Because sometimes I get impatient or don't know if my input went thru so I click again]nd it turns it off . It pauses for a second or two

When my wife got in tonight after work I tried these suggestions to no avail. I then pulled the battery and .... Now all is okay. After the battery pull, Bluetooth is on and all is well. Next time I pull first and ask questions latter.
