I am trying to receive a video via bluetooth from a friends BB 8310. I have a BB 8330m. He has ATT and I have Sprint, if that matters.
When I choose to receive and my friend sends the file, it asks me to choose a location. I choose the memory card and click save. It shows to start the transfer then says fail everytime.

Thoughts?

Different carriers on the two phones wouldn't matter for BT data transfer. Have you tried doing a battery pull on both devices? Sometimes small glitches such as this can be fixed by resetting the phone.
