    My wife has a small ear and has a hard time getting the earbud to stay in her ear.

    Does anyone have any suggestions as to a model earpiece she can use with her 8110?

    Most Plantronics BT heasets include a few earpiece options in the box, along with an ear hook. This will help the headset fit comfortably and snugly... allowing for the best use!!
