...but, what BlackBerry is it, and what Bluetooth Keyboard? Also, if it's giving an error, what is it? Better still explain your issue a bit...

I have an 8100, and the keyboard is an itech virtual keyboard. I was trying to figure out if it was possible to use an external keyboard with this phone. Right now when I type some of the keys don't register, and others dont display the actual letter that I type. When I hit the E key it mimics the delete button, and erases text. Did I do something wrong in my instilation?

It shouldn't be doing that, but unfortunately I can't think of any setting that would be causing that. What OS do you have loaded?

I take it the keyboard is connected properly, i.e, aligned?

    Hi All,
Ive done some searching but didn't find enough questions regarding BT Keyboards. For reference I have a Blackberry 8830.

Does it work well enough that you can actually pull up the menu's using the BT Keyboard?

Can you have the BT Keyboard hooked up to the blackberry while having a BT headset hooked up to it at the same time?

I found this via amazon and would be willing to give it a try if it works for me.

    Thanks All!
