I have been using the same bluetooth for a few years and not had any problems with it even on my storm. Now with my tour i cant get the volume loud enough to hear like i did in the past. I have the volume all the way up on the bluetooth and on the side of the phone am i missing something?

It has to do with the OS. What OS do you have install? My bluetooth worked great and was loud until I updated to 5.0.0.662. Now it's difficult to hear from as well.

419 works best for my Plantronics Voyager Pro's volume - I can hear through most environments.

I run 419 exclusively because of the BT volume.
