Your link doesn't work, it just takes me to the sign-in page. Whatever the device, you need to either put it in search or discoverable mode.

I don't see the item you've linked either, but some rules of thumb. If it takes a one second push to turn the device on, try holding the power button longer, until you see two colors alternating (usually blue/red) at this point it'll be in discovery mode.
Default passwords are 0000, 1234, usually.
