I have a zune HD that I wish to connect to my media gateway and speakers, and I read online that someone added bluetooth functionality to their zune by buying a transmitter dongle such as Wireless Bluetooth A2DP 3.5mm Stereo HiFi Audio Dongle Adapter Transmitter NEW | eBay Does anyone know if this would work? It says to connect you put it in pairing mode then enter 0000 on pairing device, but the media gateway does not have a UI either...

You don't really need a UI with these things, as they pair to anything that tries to pair. The more "refined" products have a password, and the cheaper ones don't. You just want to make sure that a) the bluetooth innards are good, and b) the connector fits your device. I've seen similar products for old iPods, except they plugged in via the charger port and not the headset port.

The only caveat I'd point out is that your listing is from eBay, and that too from a Chinese seller.
