I'm assuming you have the T1 from the previous post with your issue on the T1. I just bought the T1 and it was just released so it's hard to get a lot of reviews on it. But I will be getting that this week hopefully and will do more review on it. I have never used the Q1 but I have used the V1i and I loved it. Just wanted a new one.

It does. When phone rings it speaks name if its in your phone book. if not it says the phone number. Pretty cool.
And everytime you add a new entry to your phone, you will need to update your TI's address book but it's simple. Just hold the Main Button for 3 seconds and it syncs.
