I have a BB Pearl from Sprint. I don't know if that matters much. However, I've been sitting here a while trying to connect my Plantronics 220 Blue Tooth with the phone. However, it will not pair. Here's what's going on.
I tried connecting the two and at first it got. I was asked to enter the passKey and entered Zeros. Afterward, it said it was no valid. *Maybe I added an extra 0* So now when retrying to connect it, it will not show up. NO device pairings are listed and I can not go back to the point in which I must enter the pass key again.
Begin the full pairing process again. Put the headset in pairing mode, let the Tour discover it.
If this doesn't happen, Battery Pull the Tour, then try again. Had that happen to me once on my Curve, and twice on other devices. Tech support recommended the reboot, and then things worked.
Most Bluetooth devices use either 0000 or 1234 for their passkey. Dunno what your model uses.
