My BB 8900 has had a solid BLUE LED light on for 4 days now. I've checked the bluetooh and that's not it. Pulled out the battery various times, that didn't help. Check applications I've dowloaded and it wasn't that either. Also my keyboard isn't lighting up anymore. Does anyone know what's going on? Help seriously. This blue light is just annoying now.
No it's not an indicator that you phone needs an upgrade, it's a malfunction within the programming in your phone. Reed is just saying that you need to install the latest os because there really isnt a fix for this error. And installing a new os will fix it.
