Call your carrier or set up a firewall. Options > Security Options > Firewall

This question comes up here a lot.

Generally the answer seems to be an "all or nothing" kind of thing.

You can turn off text messages but when you do, you turn them all off, not just specific messages from a specific number.

I don't believe anyone has ever found any method to screen text messages from particular senders.
