    Hey guys,
    Anyone tell me how to block recharging every time i plug my blackberry in to usb port?

    Ahh, why? You will have to find the driver that tells the computer how to charge the phone, then delete it. Or, a more permanent way, because I think the driver would just get reinstalled would be to cut the power wire of the USB cable. Check out this site. You will probably want to clip the red wire to pin #1

    If you physically remove the ability, it is possible.

    You may also check your computers BIOS settings. My laptop has an option where I can configure usb power sharing settings. It includes the ability to configure the amount of power it's allowed to share or you can simply disable the sharing of power. A politician's dream laptop...

    No problem. Why would you want to do this though?
    Cuz of the battery life's getting lower..
    i want to use full battery till it warns low battery.
    i know maybe you can say for blackberry batteries it is unnecessary but i don't believe this according to my experiences.

    Get a cheep USB HUB, Which dosent have a power adaptor.. It wont charge that way! (Says not enough Voltage) Or a keyboard with built in usb.. My G15 made by logitech dosent allow charging...!

    You can disable charging from the engineering screens. Of course, it won't increase your battery's lifespan in any way.
