Are you on 10.2.1.1055?
I am, and my current BB Maps version shows 10.2.1.585. The one on app world with a release date of Nov 27th, 2013 shows 10.2.0.387. Maybe that's why you (and I) are not showing it as an update.

I'm on the latest BlackBerry maps version (10.2.0.387) and running Z10STL100-3/10.2.0.1791 on AT&T. The last few times I've tried using BlackBerry maps, it has been extremely slow, buggy, and hangs up. Sometimes it is a mile or two behind my actual location. Yesterday, I took a different route due to traffic and BlackBerry maps hung up on update route and never recovered. (We switched over to SWMBO's S4 to finish the trip.)

This is so different from my previous experience with this app.

Anyone else experiencing similar problems?

Any suggestions on how to get it working again? (I've done the usual reboots and battery pulls, with no change.)

Same for me even though I didn't update it. It must have updated itself. I'm on Z10STL100-3/10.2.0.1803 on Rogers.

It shows as the 27 Nov release version.

Went to BBW to force a reinstall. Appears to be working ok.
